25 noviembre 2010 Race ScheduleAlthough it is only November 25th it was time to start planning what races and activities I wanted to participate in 2010. I had already signed up for the Conquer Cancer ride and the Muskoka 70.3 Ironman but had some fun on the mountain bike trails as well. Needing to get in shape for the Ironman while at the same time prevent burnout John, Brian and I decided this would work well.

1.2 Mile Swim 56 Mile Bike 13.1 Mile Run 70.3 Miles of fun? I’ve set a reasonable goal of 6 hours and 30 minutes. It’s going to be a long 10 months of training but you gotta have goals right? |
